We have set the date for our 6th Annual Clothing Swap at Westmount for Wednesday November 15th and are now looking for volunteers to help out with this important event. The weather is starting to get quite cool, so the timing is great!
To ensure that this is another successful School Council run event, we need as many hands as possible!
We need 20 volunteers to fill the following spots:
Tuesday November 14th – 8:45am – 9:00am (for just 15 minutes right before the bell)
- accept clothing donations at the front entrance (2 volunteers)
- accept clothing donations at the back centre door (2 volunteers)
- accept clothing donations at the side door closest to the portables (2 volunteeers)
Wednesday November 15th – 8:45am – 9:00am (for just 15 minutes right before the bell)
- accept clothing donations at the front entrance (2 volunteers)
- accept clothing donations at the back centre door (2 volunteers)
- accept clothing donation at the side door closest to the portables (2 volunteers)
Wednesday November 15th – 2:00pm – 3:20pm
- set up tables in gym, sort clothing by size and gender (4 volunteers). The Wild leaders will also give us a hand as they have in the past.
Wednesday November 15th – 3:20 pm – 5:00 pm
- assist during clothing swap, let families into the school at the controlled access door, cleanup tables, pack up clothes to be donated (4 volunteers). There will be some heavy lifting to break down the tables and move them to their designated pick up location.
