Today the Staff and Students wrapped up our week focusing on Bullying Awareness and Prevention. We enjoyed learning and talking about various positive bullying strategies but it important to note that we will continue to remind our students that this is a daily approach we must all take . . . not just a week in the middle of the year!
Bullying is unwanted, aggressive behavior among school aged children that involves a real or perceived power imbalance. The behavior is repeated, or has the potential to be repeated, over time. Both kids who are bullied and who bully others may have a serious, lasting problems.
You may find that your child(ren) have come home singing this song. Here is what we sang together in our Assembly.
