Beginning tomorrow we are pleased to announce that Westmount Public School will have a Crossing Guard posted at the crosswalk in front of the school on Glasgow Street.  This is as a result of the tireless dedication and advocacy for our students’ safety by our School Council Chair, Christine Carmody.  Christine has advocated for the past couple of years to address the safety concerns with the crosswalk in front of the school.  On behalf of the students and families who all use the crosswalk I would like to thank Christine for all of her efforts.

Students are asked to carefully cross along side of the Crossing Guard and continue to be aware of the oncoming traffic.
